Black in-game screen?

Hey guys I just wanted to play BC2 after a windows re-install, but when I enter any game, I just see the HUD, and everything else is BLACK. The map, me, and the weapons, but I see the chat, the crosshair, the ammo, and the sun on my screen, any idea?

EDIT: I have the newest DirectX, video card driver, and the game is patched.

Go to settings.ini, change bloom=true to bloom=false.
