Deleting Soldiers.

So yeah, I've decided to come back playing, and noticed that all my characters have that error "Failed to login Soldier".

I'm well aware that they have special characters in them, So I cant play them, but the thing is, I cant delete em. All my soldiers have special characters in them, so i cannot create nor delete. Do I have to make a new account just to make new characters? Or is there a way to delete em? What do.
