Wierd error

hey all
i had to reinstall my OS and since then i get this eror
i have the .net stuff installed and the c++ stuff also..
any clue what should i do?
game and OS are fresh install..

Maybe you need the x64 versions, but I'm not sure...

i played it previously on 32bit OS whit no problem (win7)
i dont see a reason why it shouldnt work whit windows xp..
cant upgrade to 7 right now cause my disc is broken.

tryed to find a fix whit NoFate but nuff happend..

Oh, I also didn't notice it's XP. Try using an older hook:
