Hello there! So... i think my server's ping is 999 to other players... need i configure my server to the region? (Brazil)

I just config the server normally... but no one enter... i tested with my brother.. he says "I found your server but, the server's ping is 999".

so.. what can i do to fix this? my region is Brazil...

Your router/firewall is blocking ICMP packages (Ping packages). You need to unblock them.

Login here* with the username/password you defined:
Router configuration menu

And look for the correct option.
