i was in middle of a game and i got dropped out, then restarted the game and i cannot connect master server.
so its the master server down or the problem is on my side?

yes, in the next time you have this error check this site:
bf/?stats
if you see that there is a low number of pepole that they are connected like now,
that means the servers are down

if you see that there is a low number of pepole that they are connected like now,
that means the servers are down
