My updater is completed when i started the game and when i puted the name and password in it said {plz try again }HELP PLZ !!

its telling me to put the serial key ?? :SS

i did and i downloaded and installed the latest update, my internet connection is normal (i can play BFP4F easily with it so i am sure my connection is not the problem) .. when i log in and try to join a game , a box appears telling me this '' FAILED TO CONNECT TO EA ONLINE . PLEASE TRY AGAIN'' ... can anyone tell us what to do so we can play in multiplayer mode ??

There is something else i want to share with you .. when i log in with my soldier and try to click SERVERS on the right of the screen , i see no servers and i mean nothing at all , i choose many maps and many modes but nothing changes , still no servers , i live in NORTH AFRICA , is there no servers for that area?? should i see servers if i want to play ??

and this message appears whenever i click on the game icon on my desktop, but the strangest thing is that the game works normally when i click OK button !!!!!

After pressing Servers you need to press Search on the bottom right corner.
Concerning that error, make sure that you have Visual C++ 2005, 2008 and 2010 Redistributables installed.

there is no search word on the right or left , i think it searches automatically when i choose servers but there are no servers ...


do you know if servers are related to where i live ??

and i do have C++ 2005, 2008, 2010 installed on my PC but i am gonna check for updates right now ..

the most important thing now is this problem FAILED TO CONNECT TO EA ONLINE . PLEASE TRY AGAIN ..


i deleted Game settings files as some members said and i also have the latest emulator 313 and i uploaded dinput8.dll file to the game directory and also in game folder in Local Disk(C) .... i have the latest patch of the game R 11 ..


what is the solutions for that problem , you are the experts and i don't know much about this stuff, should i install the game again ? it takes long but if this helps i will do it ...

Dude not here. at the multiplayer then server then search then see there are server in front of you ..

Uhhm looks like you're using the wrong resolution. Go to settings and use the resolution that suits your monitor.

res 1024x768 with ref rate 60 as same as my desktop screen settings ... i also put texture quality to LOW so it might work.. but it closed immediately after the entrance video of the first mission without crash messages or anything( that's about single player mode) and in (Multiplayer mode) when i try to join any server, it says CONNECTION TO SERVER LOST . PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONNECTION SETTINGS AND TRY AGAIN .. i think i have seen a topic in forums about this problem and i am gonna check it now ... hope i can solve it and play online... thx guys, you r the best of the best NEXUS TEAM..
