Help in the game

Hello, I'm new here and new in the BC2 MP (2 days).
My problem is that in i modes like "SQUAD DEATHMATCH" i do 32~35 kills per run,
but in modes like "RUSH" or "CONQUEST" i do only 3~4 kills.
It's to hard i guess .. So please give me some advices or tips for thoes modes please.
I want to become a better player, so I'll be thankfull

I hate to camping, not very usefull when you play as a team...

I actually do the things he said to do.
I ment that it's hard to kill in thoes modes...
i see people that i can barley see killing me (none sniper)
...
So i'd like to have some tips about killing

Uhm, well, maybe get closer to the Flags/M-Coms or the enemy spawn (not baserape, but getting close) and throw some motion mines.
