Failed to initialize BC2 Client

Hello forum , i recently got my copy of BC2 and when i installed the Nexus emulator , while trying to open it , it wrote this error message below
"Failed to initialize BC2 Client , Unknown client/server detected , please verify the integrity of your files and try again "
Well guess what system , i tried again , 4 times to be precise , let me give you some more information about the problems :
My specs :Windows 8 , 2GB AMD RADEON 7740 HD , 8 GB RAM , 2.8Ghz Intel i-5 with 4 Cores ,
i have tried to disable the antivirus before installing the game , and running it while the antivirus was offline . Moreover my only problem was that even though the game launched normally after the error , i couldn't find any servers after hitting the search button many times ....
My version is fully updated as well , both BC2 patch and neus bc313 something patch ,
i'd like some help if that 's possible

If that doesn't work, maybe your source (CD?) is corrupt...
