Question:How to config PunkBuster

I see a lot of new server that support PunkBuster so in first place i join the server without PunkBuster
so I get kicked after 10 sec to 15 sec and the reason was [PunkBuster Kicked player 'HARDASS' (for 0 minutes)..No Packet Flow]

I download ans Install PunkBuster...update it...add a game...update

•PunkBuster is enabled in the game

I join the server after that but I get kicked with the same reason


so any ideas guys cause I get tired from kids

OK gonna try help you first when dont have pb or just need update eazyest way is to install and update again.

Dowload PB from here http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php there is guide but i will try short it.
Instal pb select game "bed companion 2" check for updates and update that should be all.

Punkbuster dont have autouptade so you must do it by your self. If you whant to update it manualy here is link and guide how to do it but i sugest to instal again and update from there...http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=dl-bc2.php

But for "No Packet Flow" kicks i readed there are fiew ways to fix ti so gonna copy/paste fiew

#1 Just try disable firewall and try game.

#2 "Isshue was vista64 Pnkbsta and b has to be copied to system32 directory and firewall set up to let it pass"

#3 "Install/Update Javascript! That fixed it for me!"

#4 "its common problem try reinstall pb best idea using it as administrator:
1. open Windows Explorer and browse to c:\windows\system32
64 bit, you need to browse to c:\windows\syswow64
2. scroll down and find PnkBstrA.exe - PnkBstrB.exe,
3. right-click PnkBstrA.exe - PnkBstrB.exe and choose Properties.
4. click the Compatiblity tab.
5. click the button "Change settings for all users".
6. click the checkbox for "Run this program as an administrator".
7. click the "Ok".
8. Restart your PC"

Well disgusting thank you for your help I'm familiar with PB and i know how to fix old problem like PB service problem.....
I'm more likely thinking did i need to change the "dinput8.dll" to support PB or no cause I'm sure the guys who add the feature to that dll know how what the client need to join to there serves

No problemo buddy, dident understand good what you need to program.. Anyway i uploaded my dinput8.dll it dident make me anyproblems in past mabe you should try it
