logging in?

When i start up the game it tells me to enter an email and password and then it says enter serial key. How do i bypass that part of it, im not understanding how this whole thing works. ive looked around the forums and ive seen people talk about accounts and i assumed those account bypass the serial key. How do i create one of these accounts? help is greatly appreciated.
