problem with connection

hi all. (sorry for my bad english)
i start by saying that my connection works well. i open battlefield, i'm connecting and up to far so good. ok, I find the server, and then i connect with it, that loads the pre-match page (where are wrote loading..) but without any logical reason i log out. the connection is working and the servers are online. What should I do? I tried to change the settings of my connection, maybe there was something that did not work, but nothing ..

I play 10 or 15 min. with ping average 50 or less, on next my ping up to 700, 2 min. and return to 50.
On this 2 min I not play, is impossible. My Internet connection is a optical fiber 50 mb.
Crash all time of Nexus server.
