Players Online: 682
Players Ingame: 655
Servers Online: 124

But then why i am not able to play game. When i login, login was successful but when i browse servers, not even a single server is showing. So please anybody tell me what is the problem.

Delete GameSettings.bin located in MyDocuments/BFBC2.

I have tried this but still servers are not coming. please help me.
Do i have to make a new account??

try resetting server search filters by using the "RESET" button on right lower part of screen while you're in server search menu also you may want to disable any firewall you've got to check if it makes any difference
