Cannot login to soldier

Hello ! I have problem with my soldier "Siara Siarzewski" i cannot login to this soldier, but in other soldier i can login why??

Then the server and/or database did a fuckup and there is nothing you can do about it.
You could also try to delete the GameSettings.bin but if its really server-related there is nothing to do except waiting for it to solve itself or delete the soldier.

What is that mean? Can you find someone who can clearly tell is our accounts corrupted and we must create new soldier or problem can be solved and we must wait?
