If I understood right you mean SA kits are supposed to have all weapons available from the very beginning rank right?

From what I understand the kit SA should appear only after completing the class, instead each player has the SA kit for all classes.

Yea I saw it on our server today, and had never seen it before today. I'm guessing something changed with EN to allow this?

wow my mistake, I was aware of those clothing camouflages but thought you'll have them upon picking the golden weapon sounds like you'll have those when you choose one of new SA kits and in terms of weapon camouflages sounds like just a few handpicked weapons will have a different camouflage when choosen from SA kits
