problem with rank

Hello I have problem.. When I am in game.. I get like 400 points etc.. And when round is finished I don't get a even single point to my weapon unlock progression or at rank progression.. I am rank 1 at 0 points all the time.. How to fix this?

The server didnt say: Score offline for too low players?

Two days ago I played after the update. Getting to level 13, now go and again I am in level 1.

uum no? there was like 20 players online.. I played RUSH mode.

Ranks got deleted. Period. No restore, no begging.

Can anybody tell me what's wrong with ranking now and is there any way of fixing it? And no, I don't mean all player losing stats, I've pretty much gotten used to that as it happened to me for the 3rd time...The problem is that the rank system doesn't work for me (and obviously some other people) at all. Playing matches & collecting points don't do anything; the stats just don't save.
What's the problem now?
