MY friend cant connect to server, do you think its port's problem?. He has turned his firewall off and he can get into servers list but he cant connect.

TCP 18390 Outgoing
TCP 18395 Outgoing
UDP 18395 Outgoing
TCP 13505 Outgoing
TCP 80 Outgoing

Well no even i cant join. The game has worked fine for me but now every server i click says your network connection has been lost. And i havent changed anything on my computer.

Turns out that your router has to be in DMZ mode to play. I found it myself the hard way.

Piece of advice: if you're going to enable DMZ mode, be sure to get yourself a nice firewall (Comodo and ZoneAlarm are fine).

No the thing is till yesterday i could play the game normaly. But today i cant join any server. And i didnt change any settings.

Try deleting GameSettings.ini and GameSettings.bin in "My Documents/BFBC2".

Will do, and i will report how it goes.

I think i can only join servers that have only primary guns avaiable.

Well server work completly randomly. Sometimes they work, but when i go on the same server again it doesnt work.

Also by outgoing you mean Ext Ports - The ports to be forwarded, as seen from the WAN???????

Yeah i think that only server which have only primary guns unlocked work. And 1 or 2 other sevrers which sometimes work but sometimes dont.
