Are all servers BR...?

And if so, why do they make a server in USA and yell at me when I speak english?

Why is ping for everyone I fight higher than 250, whilst my ping is in the lower 90's?

Just a few questions I had so that I don't assume that everyone's routers are made of a tin can.

I am not sure why you would think all servers are from Brazil. The server you joined may have been in the US. The ping you see is not reflected by the real ping. BC2 always show higher pings.
