I want to play the game again , maked all updates but still this problem all the time : The program cant start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer!!...

yeah i did that .. but i solved the problem , now it works

I get that error and you can fix it in two ways :
First method (recommended): Download and Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
[Link]Second method : Download the file from [dll-files.com] and put it in (%windir%\system32) and in (%windir%\SysWOW64) if you have a x64 bits Windows version
