hey, do i need upnp enabled in my browser to forward any ports? Because i just enable it.

If you still have problems post the last few lines of the log.

Hm, I do have it enabled, but if everything is forwarded correctly, it shouldn't matter.
Did enabling it change something at all?

The server is finally running. I can join it as well. But I still can't open it in either bf2cc and procon. bf2cc replies that target machine actively refused connection. I am on the last stage of fixing this problem. I hope someone will help!

I followed that video bro. I don't get it what's missing. And maybe this will help you identify the problem, i am not able to change server name, password, maps from the instance folder. i change them but the server doesn't

Update: After some hardwork, i finally managed to run the server perfectly. Also what I did was copying all the contents of Instance folder into root folder. Voila, even bf2cc is able to connect to the server now.
