Can't access old account !!!

As mizu said: It's not about "retrieving" your account. The problem is that, some time ago, the server had an HDD crash where some user profiles were lost (as you can read in the announcements).
So please don't blame us if your account is lost.

And again, I'm sorry but we don't manually insert stats for any accounts out of principle.
This would simply lead to abusing.
There also won't be exceptions, so please just accept that you were one of the unlucky users who lost their account in the HDD crash

Ok...i belive that's it.. It's frustrating knowing i lost hours and hours trying to unlock weapons and armor bonuses.Thank you anyway,and see you guys on the battlefield
