Ive done everything thats been suggested in order to view the servers. Copying the b866 file done work. I had to use the mirrors since the first link to the download doesnt work. My battlefield was working until a couple months back so im assuming it has something to do with the update, though the download doesnt fix the problem

Yes. You're obviously using a noSTEAM version of BFBC2.
