If it sometimes works, it is maybe a problem with your ISP. Try another PC.
Also, post a screenshot of the configuration of your router, please.

sorry for not showing the screenshot [robbinghood] because i saw my routers setting and it was ok and the problem was from the internet of my country . so here is my new problem :
i cant use my main soldier i mean that with my main soldier[ that it has more gauns and other thing] , it loads the server it suddenly goes to main menu and says conection to the master server is lost but with new soldier that i made after this problem it works well.
[as i saied in my last posts i am using another pc and i made my main soldier in my first pc and these new soldiers are made in second pc]

Try deleting the BFBC2 folder in "My Documents"
