Audio files from game files.

Hello, Everyone!
I need to find a way to extract the audio files i.e (Weapon sounds, Vehicle Sounds, and Character voices) from the game files.
Please suggest me a proper way or tool to do it.

I wonder if there is such a program, I wonder, how can I get the sounds.
