for about how long it this usally happens? I started playing this yesterday and haven't played for more than 3 hours, then this happens XD

It happens ever so now and then... it's not often. It lasts about a day, then it's back up. Honestly, there is a SEARCH on the top right that you can use to locate the 10000 other posts made about this already that have pretty much been all locked and answered with the same. Just follow the stats page to see when the servers are up (which they are already).
