You can manually edit your fov in your config (settings.ini) file (Check My Documents\BFBC2) by adding "fov=(#)", where (#) is the vertical field of view which changes horizontal fields of view.
See this to better calculate the FOV that you'd prefer. Keep in mind there MAY be some visual problems with non-standard fields of view.
