Can i play single player? After i click play keep showing pls wait only there nothing and the other can i play lan game ?

You should be able to play SP mode if all necessary files are existing in your game installation.
LAN is not possible via Rome yet. There are plans to implement a LAN mode sometimes..
You could look up MASE:BC2 via Google. There are tutorials in English and enough information to set up a private server.
