Like RobbingHood said, you have to add an exception for Rome and the IPs it is connecting to.
Check your error messages and add the necessary exceptions.

Also add exceptions for the game executable in your firewall.
The flawless communication is crucial!

i did that but still after loading game its just saying "connaction to the server has been lost" but my friend downloaded a nosteam torrent and it works for him.. i'll try too

Normally it's admin and password.

Sometimes it's also printed on the back of the router.

Now you have to find the port-forwarding feature.

It's probably under Internet/Settings => Advanced Settings

i dont have that im on wi-fi i have advanced settings in USB storage i dont have ports

Have you looked through all pages? Should be somewhere there. If not, you can try to look into your manual.

Yep, that's exactly what you need.

Name doesn't matter, type should be TCP and UDP. Add one exception for every needed port.

And you won't get banned.
