Help PLz ERROR!!!

Hey guys i get this error everytime i launch the BFBC2Game.exe

BFBC2Game.exe - Unable to Locate Component
This application has failed to start because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I have Re-installed the game more than 5 times and updated the game with BFBC2Updater.
I haven't copy/paste a single Crack.
I have The RELOADED version of BFBC2 ( but i dont think that's the problem , i have played BFBC2 nexus with RELOADED version before ).
I have the Specified System requirments to run the game.

What should i do?
are the servers down or is NEXUS making a new Launcher for the game plz help!!!!

So obvious...

install the C++ Redistributables.... 2008/2010 and below...

Use the search function next time.
