I have problem with my rank sudden loss

I played bfbc2 and made it to the 18th rank and unlocked all of the classes exept medic and then suddenly i couldn't long on the any server then i clossed the game and after hour or 2 i reloged and saw that my account "Naara" with soldier name "Zoro2236" was 1st rank and didnt had ANY unlocks so i want you to make my acc 18th again and with everything back or help me reclaim what is mine xD

+ when i logged i entered a server but i didnt kill anyone and it says i have 4 kills and 2 deaths ..... Cant understand all of this and i am mad cause i played alot to get my rank and now its gone and i think it problem with nexus emulator so pls replay fast to this post cause i dont want to lvl again and i dont want this to happen again if i start leveling again ......

It's just a game. Calm your tits.

The stats may show up again, but if you played a new session after Plasma crashed your stats are permanently overwritten.

When did that Plazma crashed and is there anyway to stop it from crashing ??? I mean is it problem in me or my computer or its just the emulator bug ???

I was not playing during the daily reboot 2 days ago, dropped to level 4 but all my achievements are still there

And by the way, now Nexus gives me crazy award bonuses

If you experience a stat reset, delete GameSettings.bin and play on server where not only basic weapons are unlocked for 1 round.
