BFBC2 Cant pick solier :S

Problem is ...
I cant pick soldier ...
I login and then i have to pick solier .
When i pick and click login it says ... Faild to login soldier .
So ... Whats the problem ?

Make sure your soldier doesn't have any spaces or special characters in its name.
