why i can't login?

Hey guys! i'm new here...
yesterday i playing nexusbf normal... but... today i'll login to my account but i wait few minutes... show this message for me:
"UNABLE TO LOGIN, PLEASE TRY AGAIN"

have any fix for this?

I have the Original EA BC2 via Steam...
