Master server problem

every time i to play i get a message saying it cant connect to the master server. I have no anti virus and i have a stable internet connection i also checked the server status and the servers were up so what seems to be the problem?

Has it ever worked before? If not, try forwarding your ports:

TCP 18390 Outgoing
TCP 18395 Outgoing
UDP 18395 Outgoing
TCP 13505 Outgoing
TCP 80 Outgoing

Well i found how to port forward (thanks for your help) but i have no idea what to enter. >.< a little more help please.

Always the same port in 1 row, if possible selsct TCP and UDP, if not, create a new line for each protocol.

Yes, looks correct.
Th problem is that your router seems to block the connection to the masterserver.
