qustion about my server

I created a new server and i want to make the xp higher it mean if you kill someone you get 1000 xp or more
how can i do that thers a command for it or somthing?

• First of all You can only make x5 XP that's mean you will get 250 XP's fro killing someone otherwise your server will be blocked
