Unable to login

hello , i have searched the forums for this problem and it seems like it happens when server is down
but check server statues in :
bf/?stats
and it says :
Rome
Plasma:
ONLINE

Theater:
ONLINE

Statistics:
Servers Online: 138
Online Players: 781
In-Game Players: 681


i have but the dinput8.dll file that igot from :
bf/?download
in same directory as BFBC2Game.exe

but i still get same error ... i'm sure i'm runing version 795745

what i'm i doing wrong ?

Your soldier's name/password musn't contain special letters (no spaces!).
Delete GameSettings.bin in Documents/BFBC2 and re-enter name/password.
