Unable to login

How can I solve this problem?
I've tried deleting Game settings from My Documents,tried to write the wrong password and then the correct one,I have restarted the game a few times and try it again and still nothing,please,anyone have any solution?

Forwarded ports? Checked antivirus/firewall?

Yes checked antivirus and firewall.

I have played on EmulatorNexus before and I know this error but if I would tried 2-3 times then it would work but now..IDK.

*EDIT*

Oh,so i've got it it was the dinput8.dll!
