Unable to login

I am not able to login ingame...
I tried turning off firewall and added exception too..
any solutions?

i love this game very much ,but last 45 days i cant enjoy playing it , ,yesterday i was in ranked 37 now im in ranked 1 , its 5 th time that i lost my raked , if nexus continue this sever destruction or whatever there up to ,if i lose my stats 1 more yime then ,im leaving this game 4ever ,
