sometimes i use mortar strike once then im not able to use it anymore well i use it once then cooldown is over but i just right click then hold left click and after i release left click it just zooms back out, sometimes the marker of mortar strike stays on my map for example, when i zoom back in i see the marker from previous strike

Please notice that the mortar strike got a cooldown time.

Yes, the cooldown is around 1 minute (60 seconds). Also if you can send a picture so we can see the problem in detail.
