I'm not 100% sure, but isn't it irrelevant wether you have a dynamic IP or not? The server should connect to the masterserver automatically.

i belive i have dynamic ip... my ip always chnaged if i reset my modem (turn off and on) but can me host my server with dynamic ip????

Yes you can cus the time you open the server. it get connect to master server even ip changes just restart or maybe it will auto restart

but if you mean 24/7 host 40% you cant. bcus when players are online they will log out from server by the server's ip during the change and they will need to find the server again

Just the normal way... Shouln't matter wether you have a dynamic IP or not.
