What is the diffrence?

What's the diffrence between RPG and Gustav? i mean, they both are tracer compatible, what's the diffrence?

RPG deals more damage against Tanks and so on, but CG deals nice Splashdamage -> Easier to kill people :?

Also, CG rockets fly faster.
