Well, every admin can decide who is allowed to play on his server and who not. If he doesn't like you, that's bad luck.
It's his right to kick whoever he wants.

Also, I would kick baserapers as well.

Stop profiling yourself and just accept that you got kicked out.

Make your own server, join it and jump on it around the whole day.
