It is possible to buy a russian version of Battlefield hardline and then change the language to english by modifing some files of the game ?
The russian version is a lot cheaper

What about previous Battlefields ?

In general you can use a VPN and some other things to bypass region lock, but I think it is against the steam ToS and they can disable some functions on your account.
