29.99 here, I bought mine and other 3 copies, one for a friend at fourdeltaone, and the others for random people who trusted me and give me money to buy the game.

#Nope. Region restrictions have been applied since yesterday, so anyone who buys it from China starting today, might need to also use a VPN to play it when it hits shelves..

Also, guys please don't fokin pre order games. It's still understandable with GTA but don't you fcking do it for other games.
Also, GTA 5 may have a crappy port. What will you do then??

I will get a 970 soon, so I can play this game even when they really failed at porting. But it's the same team who ported Max Payne 3 so I am pretty sure it gonna be good :>
