And the REGIONAL FORUMS I can't find "Arabic" isn't that racist ?

Jokes aside, if there are enough people that request a subforum for a language, I will of course create one.
Such requests belong to the Administration Outpost, btw.

, I really just notice there was no arabic region forum and i do know that there was no much native arabic speakers in the EMNX and I just make this to see if I may attract some other peoples to it
and beside arabic is right to left language that required some modification in the phpbb

Actually in the old EMNX forum there was an arabic section, don't know why it disappears ^^
