Whenever i am on a killing spree of 10 noob badmins ban me in BF4, now i am banned in almost 20 servers. Really, someone must stop this madness. If you are on a killing spree you are a hacker, if you use c4 you are hacker, if you hit a flying heli with a rpg you are a hackerand if you just kill the admin you are a hacker. Can't someone play well without hacks? Someone must ban all those badmins. I am bored of getting banned when i am like 20/0. They ruin the game.

I see you never learned how to read the full post.. this is posted in Random, not Rome and he is talking about BF4, not BC2. How is he playing on unofficial servers if he's playing BF4?

As long as they pay for their servers, they can do whatever they want. I played on a server earlier with an admin that banned the enemy AA on Golmud for camping near their spawn and constantly telling people to F*ck off for asking him to move, so due to his behavior, his teammate admin banned him. Not all admins are assholes.

Because PC doesn't get exclusive servers with no admins on them like Consoles do. Again, like the video said, as long as he's paying for it, he can do whatever he wants to the players.

You are missing the point. The admins don't care.. they just abuse their power.
