A new clan N Stuff

So the old clan i was in fell apart because of "SOME" Members +The leader was not doing a good job but i don't blame him.
Long story short i decided to make my own clan. And i have enough experience with clans (I use to be a leader of a Lineage 2 clan with 500+ people on the official server (Naia)
Any way i made a new website.

I'm looking for experienced FPS Players.
Must be mature.
To be somewhat europeanISH time zone (though its not that important).
To be good at following pre-made plans.
To have self control.
And not to b1tch about everything.
Must speak English. (You can be from another galaxy and join the clan as long as you speak English its fine)
Must have a working Mic.
Must know how to play the objective . Or troll
