i play bfbc2 on minmum configurations nd that work fast
mah specs
2 gB RAM
1GB Nvidia 210
core 2 duo 2.33Ghz
(note i played MW1 and MW2 rly fater even gta4)

and I play it to.

My little brother plays at low graphics 1440x900
Intel Dual Core 2.2 ghz
2gb ddr2 ram
nvidia GeForce 9500 gt 512 MB (overclocked ish)
game runs at 40-60 FPS
(My old pc :3)

my game runs on 16 FPS at the lowest resolution and I still manage to make 6k points match xD

I got Pentium Dual-Core 2.6 ghz
Nvidia 9500 GT
2 GB RAM
I run it on 1440x900 on medium with HBAO on. Windows xp, no problem at all. Works perfectly.

You probably got a virus that slows your computer OR your hard driver is full(not even a MB left)
There are many reasons but you should really check if you have a virus.
