CPU cooler.

Sun Jul 21, 2013 12:40 pm

Yo community whaddup? I am decided to buy a new CPU cooler and my budget is 45 €. I can't decide between these 3:

1.)Thermalright Macho 120
Pros:
-Silent operation
-10 heatpipes(but 6 millimeters diameter)
-Nickel copper aluminum copper base
Cons:
-1500RPM
-1 vent

2.)Scythe Mugen 3
Pros:
-12 heatpipes.
-Good reviews
Cons:
-I don't know what to write here since I don't own it :D
just that some reviewers said that it holds bad and is hard to mount.

3.)Cooler Master: Hyper 612s
Pros:
-12 heatpipes
-cool design
Cons:
-1 vent

This is what I've found from the specs.

I really think that the Scythe is the best but what is your opinion? Please comment only if you have some experience over these things, or if you have one of these. I want something good not a bad choice.

I want to use it for a LGA 775 skt now and in the future I will upgrade to a FM2 APU.

The design doesn't really matter and it could be noisy as fuck. I don't care. All I seek is performance. Thanks a lot.

Hey,
get a Zalman CNPS12x, it's def the best i ever had.
Quite and with huge cooling performance.
I use it on my 8-Core FX-8150 and it doesn't matter what im doin (like rendering 3d stuff, gamin etc) i never heard the cooler yet.
