i am going to buy a sony vaio laptop
has:
2.1 GHz Core i7-3612QM
8 GB DRAM
750 GB SATA
AMD radeon hd 7650m 1gb

would this run battlefield 3 online?? i think ultra no way but what about medium or high??

at min setting on playing online (for ex. 64 players) or the single player??

That's a good question. But as they also tested TES:V (which doesn't support multiplayer) it is probably singleplayer.

I'd suggest get any laptop with Radeon HD 7670 / Nvidia gt 640 for gaming
