What I did notice that all the vanilla servers are full like hell and there is peoples with level 1-20 all over the place I really can't find a place to play with my friend who does actuality have a paid version without DLC's

Some people like it (ones who got it for free), others don't (the ones who had it, recently bought it or overall play regularly and don't want freebie noobs). Me personally, I don't give a shit...

Obviously a good idea for me. 
But just look at this:
Currently active bf3 players on PC: 101,688.
Currently active bf4 players on PC: 39,458
I do think that this is too much. But many of them may have never played a battlefield before, so they will just quit after some time. While on the other hand, bf3 is on the demanding side of video games, so some may just be not able to play the game smoothly.
EDIT: Also, AXESWY, you don't you just enjoy destroying noobs?

Well NoFaTe is a good programmer but not that good in the actual games (no offense NoFaTe <3)
Kiwi is pretty decent in BF3 yes.
