and also BF server facing some update my ping is over 150 to 190 i usually play with 30 to 40

Ubisoft's servers are down because they've never been stressed to this extent on PC. 40k Alone on Steam, not to mention there's probably at least another 1.5-2x that from Uplay. They haven't had such a huge hit day 1 in recent time. And tbh the game is exactly what I expected and is tons of fun if your PC can handle it. Most whiners are people who can't run it, but hey, minimum requirements were listed long before the game was released. I myself run it at ~30 fps at most times on medium without AO and Motion Blur.

I did try it on my laptop (8GB RAM / 525M / i7 ) on low i run it with 30 FPS no drop it's kind of fun to be honest but not unique if you know what i mean i did expect something new by Ubisofti mean every new series from Ubisoft is crazy like (prince of Persia /Assassin's Creed / Far cry SPLINTER CELL....) but Watch dog is just not something new

Watch Dogs is surely not as good as GTA V but that doesn't mean it sucks. I think game is very fun. Comparing Watch Dogs to GTA V is like comparing Beetlefold to Half Life, both are good but one is legendary.
